A part of the activist group "Fuck For Forest" was hired in to make a entertainment in the end of the birthday party, 22.30 a clock, with a erotic art performance. The person that was in contact with us over e-mail to ask if we where available for the arrangement was Vegar Olsen, the victim. He is employed in NRK, and should according to the plan be part of leading the "melody grand prix junior". On this day he helped his friend that had a birthday with a privet birthday party, it was the birthday child's own wish to have "fuck for forest" as private entertainment. Vegar Olsens roll was just to ask "fuck for forest" if this would be possible, as well as organizing the travel and accommodation for the group in Olso.

What we believe is an criminal offense is that NRK chose to dismiss Vegar Olsen his job as a host for "melodi grand prix junior" be course he was part of arranging "fuck for forest" to the private party. The basis for NRKs choice is that there opinion is that it was wrong by Vegar Olsen to be contributing his friend get pas "fuck for forest" as private entertainment, be course "melodi grand prix" is a children program, and that he can not have the ability for freedom to get his private live shamed, be course he is working with children.

Tommy Hol Ellingsen part of "fuck for forest" want to report NRK for sexual discrimination and harassment, be course we believe Vegar Olsen have been exposed for a ugly violation by his employer, and that he all the right to his own relationship to his sexuality and how he wants to live this out on his free time. Viewing to § 10.1 in the working Environment Act, working hours is the time where you are disposal to your employer, as well as not to be discriminated for own private sexual life.

Our opinion is that it is very wrong and even forbidden from NRK to punish Vegar Olsen with taking away his job as host for "melodi grand prix" on this basis, and that it gives a ugly signal to others that are working in the public sector. It is the same as taking away the job from a homophile or enjoying looking on porn or having some form of sexuality that is legal that could challenging or be looked on as different. If all adults that like sex and to have sex not could work with children or children TV, then it would be over with that most adults could work with children.

What is very unfortunate is that the signal that NRK is giving with there decision to fire Vegar Olsen from his job position. This means that many have to be afraid to be them self in there private life and not dear to be honest on how they choice to live there private life. This is sexual harassment and discrimination with a wish to scare other not to do the same and to be un honest to them self.

Our opinion is that a voluntary sexuality is nothing wrong and believe the performance by "Fuck for forest" was offer for adult humans that wanted some fun on a private party. Many also see much of the work of "fuck for forest" as a form of "art", and art can many times be challenging. If you can not explain children that some adults like to play with there sexuality, should not be a reason for discrimination of people that like more freedom and sexuality and nudity. We believe NRK as an state TV channel have to obey the guidelines that deal with privacy. There was nothing in the contract to Vegar Olsen that told that he could not be part of contacting "fuck for forest", and that NRK took the decision to take away Vegar Olsen from his job as host on own sex. We believe this decision is a coarse type of sexual discrimination and illegal, and had no idea what "fuck for forest" would do on the party, or had any thoughts about what would happen with him be course he contacted us. We believe Vegar Olsen was fired from his position on illegal basis, and want the police to follow up on this matter, so that other people not have to be afraid to loos there job be course they use there private peace, freedom and sex life.
